The "IfOnly" initiative, is supported of the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS)
This online learning gives the general public easy learning of the correct lifesaving techniques.
Each year many hundreds of UK families suffer tragedy through accidental death by drowning or choking, at home, or on holiday. Sudden collapse from cardiac arrest affects thousands, over 90% die within minutes. Death too often occurs just because no-one there knew what to do before medical help arrives.
